You don't have to use the default keys. You can view the available commands in the "Keyboard shortcuts" section of the settings. If none of them seem convenient, create your own combinations. You can restore the default settings in the same tab.
Communicate nonverbally
To see all of Zoom’s options, select “Show more settings” in the “General” tab. Among them is the “Nonverbal Feedback” tool. It allows participants to communicate their thoughts without b2b email list interrupting the presenter. They can do this using the Yes, No, Slow Down, Speed Up, and Coffee Cup icons.
If you click on the icon, it will remain visible until you click it again. The user can raise their hand or use a coffee cup to indicate that they are not present. Zoom has a library of reactions, but the meeting organizer can limit the list of allowed emojis.
Help participants focus
In August, Zoom launched Focus Mode, which is primarily designed for online classes. But it could also be useful for large gatherings where adults might be distracted. Focus Mode lets organizers hide participants’ videos so they only see the presenters and the content they’re sharing.
The setting is available to meeting administrators and can be enabled in the Zoom web version under the "In Conference (Advanced)" section.
